Group Coaching

Group Coaching is a good alternative to one-on-one coaching. This format offers the benefit of hearing other people's stories in the journey of learning. Sessions are much more structured than one-on-one. Each session focuses on a particular topic relevant to the coaching journey. Remember, the view from the top of your own mountain is breath taking; and it's achievable. Coaching gets you to the peak of that mountain safely, easily and with great suppoort.

Retreats

Retreats offer a delicate balance of serious learning and self discovery in a relaxed, focused venue. These small group retreats offer a break from the busyness of life to take a much needed breath and focus on self. Communications Success

Anne offers her highly successful Communications program in an intense, hands on one day session. These sessions give you the tools you need to handle some of the difficult situations and moments that we all face, each and every day. The tools you will learn are immediately applicable.
